In the back alleyways of a futuristic city, an undercover detective infiltrates a secret laboratory. There, an alien scientist has a prominent politician plugged into a memory extractor ahead of him testifying in court. As the intruder's presence unleashes chaos, a struggle ensues to corrupt the politician's memory. But who is being protected from whom?
